By booking services from Opuru Ushering Agency ("Opuru Ushers"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services
Opuru Ushers provides professional ushering, event staffing and related hospitality services. Scope — including team size, duration and uniform requirements — is detailed in your booking confirmation.
Booking & Payment
A deposit secures your event date. We accept bank transfer and corporate invoicing. Balance terms are specified in your service agreement.
Cancellations
- 14+ days before event: Full deposit refund
- 7–14 days: Partial fee may apply
- Within 7 days: Non-refundable due to team scheduling commitments
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event details, venue access, safety briefings and a designated on-site contact for the Opuru Ushers team lead.
